Terms and conditions for using ContactScanner AI
ContactScanner AI lets you extract contact details from photos or screenshots and save them to your device contacts.
Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. Individual app plans are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and can be managed in the respective store account. Company licenses purchased on our website are billed by Stripe, cover the purchased number of devices, and can be managed without a ContactScanner account through the secure billing link sent to the billing email. Each subscription renews for the selected billing period until canceled through its billing provider; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The applicable price, taxes, and renewal period are shown before payment.
The lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase with no recurring charges or renewal. The current price is shown before purchase in the store checkout. This grants permanent access to all app features.
Active subscriptions and lifetime purchases allow unlimited scans for ordinary personal use or ordinary business use within the purchased device limit. A company code may only be used on the number of devices licensed. To maintain service reliability and performance for all users, we may apply technical safeguards (such as rate limiting) in cases of automated, excessive, or abusive usage patterns. These measures do not affect normal usage.
You agree to use the app lawfully and not for illegal purposes, spam, automated data scraping, or activities that infringe upon third-party rights or violate applicable laws and regulations.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The app and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your statutory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
