Terms and conditions for using ContactScanner AI
ContactScanner AI lets you extract contact details from photos or screenshots and save them to your iPhone Contacts.
Monthly (€3.99/month) and yearly (€39.99/year) plans are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
The lifetime option (€99.99) is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase with no recurring charges or renewal. This grants permanent access to all app features.
Active subscriptions and lifetime purchases allow unlimited scans for ordinary personal use. To maintain service reliability and performance for all users, we may apply technical safeguards (such as rate limiting) in cases of automated, excessive, or abusive usage patterns. These measures do not affect normal usage.
You agree to use the app lawfully and not for illegal purposes, spam, automated data scraping, or activities that infringe upon third-party rights or violate applicable laws and regulations.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The app and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your statutory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
