Install the Salesforce package

Salesforce blocks new users from authorizing uninstalled OAuth apps in many orgs. Install this released managed package once, then users can connect from the iOS or Android app.

Allow users to self-authorize
After installation, keep OAuth policies on “All users may self-authorize” unless your org requires admin-approved access.

Connect from the mobile app
Users open ContactScanner AI, select Salesforce, sign in, and approve access to sync contacts.

Troubleshooting
If Salesforce shows app must be installed into org, the package is not installed in that Salesforce org yet. Install the package above, then retry the Salesforce connection from the mobile app.
